Salary - 60-70k
  • BS in Accounting / Finance
  • 7 + years of experience and responsibility in manufacturing with progression to Accounting Manager/ Plant Controller
  • Total financial responsibility and oversight over a manufacturing location
  • Demonstrated experience as a business partner and financial leader to Plant Managers / General Manager of Business Units
  • Strong experience with cost accounting, inventory control, plant reporting metrics, Operation financial analysis and an understanding of lean manufacturing principals
  • Overall solid accounting and financial reporting background including month end close, internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, fixed assets and capital projects
  • Experience with larger ERP manufacturing fully integrated software’s
